Amazing application

It can be a challenge to apply for a job that suits you best. We help you to look outside of the beaten track of the job vacancies and help you in seeking opportunities. This way you prevent yourself from being on the stack of hundreds of letters. And even if you end up on that pile, we’ll show you how you stand out in a way that suits you. This is not a workshop for doing a letter, resume or application as it should be; this you can find via Google just like everyone else. But how do you go beyond this base? Your dream job is somewhere out there and the manager wants to be convinced. Want to know how, apply to this workshop.

The art of giving feedback

We've all been there: collaborations that don't run smoothly. Think of a teammember who often submits documents late, affecting your ability to complete your work. Or a teammember who never books a meeting room and always just settles in wherever, disrupting the space you had reserved. In these situations, you'd like to address your teammember. Make it clear that you're not comfortable with their behavior. But how do you do that in a way that makes them feel understood, prompts them to change their behavior, and improves your collaboration?! Well, that's what we'll teach you in this workshop. During this workshop, we'll teach you how to address your teammember clearly and kindly using a handy step-by-step plan.

Personal road to success

Putting a career plan on paper can give you a better chance of effectively achieving your goals. Reflect on the impact you want to make. Some people know at a young age what they want to be when they grow up. But that's not the case for everyone. There are also people who aren't too concerned about it and 'will see' what comes their way. What do you dream about, and when do you consider yourself 'successful'? What does success mean to you? Does having a good work/life balance matter most to you, or perhaps you want to travel the world as a digital nomad? Dream big, start small.
